Radcan Energy Services leadership team is an experienced group of professionals that have worked in the Oil & Gas Industry all their lives. Our primary focus is to bring radial drilling to the forefront of the industry as proven technology that can optimize production across the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.

Dennis Page
President

Dennis comes from a long history in the Oilfield Industry. He began his career in 1978 and has worked his way from the bottom up— from a Field Hand to the Owner of his own Well Testing and B.D. Consulting Company. Dennis has worked throughout the Western Canadian Basin as well as in many countries around the world. He has been in Management roles for the past 15 years, giving him a good balance of Field and Office roles. Dennis has worked with companies such as Plains Energy, Halliburton, Weatherford, and Northland. He has helped link Operations, Sales and Management to work together for a better end result.

Greg Tucker

Greg has been involved in sales and marketing with various Oil & Gas service companies in Calgary for more than 13 years. Prior to working in the Oil & Gas Industry, Greg was a member of the A.P.G.A for 17 years and worked as a Golf Professional.

Henk Jelsma
CEO & President,
Radial Drilling Services, Inc.

Mr. Jelsma is CEO and Founder of Radial Drilling Services Inc. ("RDS"), the parent company of RadTech International Inc and Radcan Energy Services Inc, Mr. Jelsma is an inventor and developed the innovative radial drilling technology that is used today throughout the world. RDS is a Houston-based service company involved in the design, manufacturing, operating and servicing of its proprietary radial drilling technology for oil & gas rehabilitation and production optimization.  Mr. Jelsma also presently owns Dominion Oil (USA) Corp, which operates oil and gas assets in Kansas.

Mr. Jelsma has also served as the COO of Aurado Energy Inc. and President of Liman Caspian Oil BV where he managed the start-up, organization, seismic, drilling and production activities of the companies in Kazakhstan. Previously, Mr. Jelsma was Senior VP for Seagull Energy Corp., a US-based independent oil & gas company, and he managed the most profitable and successful joint venture in Russia to date between a U.S. oil & gas company and a Russian oil company, known as Tatex. Mr. Jelsma supervised for the Tatex JV the drilling of 80 wells and built production to 8400 bopd resulting in annual revenues of $80 million. Mr. Jelsma is also past President and CEO of Dominion Energy PLC, a UK-listed oil & gas producing company.

Mr. Jelsma is a graduate Ingenieur-Geologue of Ecole Nationale Superieure France and holds an Executive MBA from Rice University. Mr. Jelsma's educational background and 35 years experience in the oil & gas industry in the areas of drilling and drilling technology, field exploration development and production, revitalization of oil fields and operations experience in remote and difficult areas has served him well and has helped him achieve rapid growth with his radial drilling technology.

Patrick Jelsma
Vice President,
Radial Drilling Services, Inc.

Mr. Jelsma holds the position of vice president of Radial Drilling Services, Inc. and is a founding board member of Radcan. Patrick has a diverse background in business strategy, marketing, IT, finance and general management. Patrick studied international marketing and cross-cultural management at ESCP-EAP in Paris and is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.

Charles Guilbeau
Director of North American Operations
Radial Drilling Services, Inc.

Mr. Guilbeau joined Radial Drilling Services Inc in 2006 as Director of North American Operations bringing a wealth of operational experience to this venture.

Mr. Guilbeau has over 35 years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry with Baroid, Sperry-Sun, and Halliburton. As manager for Sperry-Sun he led the deployment of new technology in the Gulf of Mexico, from the INSITE Information Management System and Sonic LWD, to the GeoPilot rotary steerable systems.

In 2003, he was appointed Global knowledge manager for Halliburton Sperry-Sun and tasked with building a global knowledge management community. In 10 short months, that community became the largest community, participation wise, in all of Halliburton.

Mr. Guilbeau retired from Halliburton at the End of 2004 in order to form his own knowledge management company. He is a graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana and a member of SPE.
